1. Service
temsor Voice provides software to draw IVR flows in the browser, preview with Emel, and save them. Today it is a studio / preview surface: live number attachment is a managed process — no self-serve PSTN claim. Inbound (IVR / DTMF) can be tried in the studio. Live outbound calling does not run; simulator only.
2. Account and use
Your account details must be accurate. You may not use the service for illegal calling, deceptive voice, unauthorized commercial calling, or using someone else’s number.
3. Customer duties (İYS, KVKK, numbers)
For voice calling and IVR, obtaining the required consent / legal basis to process your customers’ data and to call them commercially, İYS registration, and documenting that dialed numbers are yours or authorized for your use is your (data controller) duty. Call hours, opt-out (STOP), and list management belong to the business. temsor provides studio and engine software; it does not collect consent on your behalf, register with İYS, or run live outbound. Final compliance remains with the business.
3.1. Processor commitment (DPA summary)
temsor acts as a processor on the business’s instructions: it processes account and flow data only to deliver the service and keeps it confidential; sub-processors (hosting, TTS) are used only for that purpose; reasonable technical and organizational measures apply; incidents are notified without undue delay; data is deleted or returned within a reasonable time after account closure. A detailed processor agreement is available on request.
4. Fees
No price figure appears on this page. If a payment page is configured, a secure checkout opens; otherwise no sale is formed and enterprise requests go to [email protected]. Usage and platform fees are announced when finalized.
5. Digital service and withdrawal
This is a digital service. If performance begins with your express consent, withdrawal rights under Turkish consumer distance-contract rules may end. Contact [email protected].
6. Limitation of liability
Sandbox and preview are not a promise of a live phone line. The business is responsible for İYS, consent, number ownership, and call-hour violations. temsor exercises reasonable care to the extent the software allows and is not liable for indirect damages.
7. Termination and changes
You may close your account. If terms change, this page is updated. Access may be cut for illegal use.
8. Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Disputes: Istanbul courts.
