1. Data controller
For your studio account and usage logs, temsor is the data controller. For your customers’ numbers, audio, and consent records, you are the controller; temsor is the processor.
2. Data processed
Account email, flow diagrams, preview text, session and technical logs. Customer call lists stay with you; live outbound is not in this release.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Delivering the service, managing the account, and security. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest. Consent and İYS for commercial calling are the business’s job.
4. Transfers and processors
Hosting and TTS sub-processors are used for the service. Cross-border transfers, if any, seek appropriate KVKK safeguards.
5. Commercial calling, İYS, STOP
temsor does not place commercial calls on your behalf and does not register with İYS. İYS registration, consent, call hours, and removing a recipient after STOP are your duties. Ignoring opt-out is prohibited.
6. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
Access, rectification, erasure, learning about transfers, and objection requests: [email protected].
7. Security and retention
Access control and least privilege apply. After account closure, data is deleted or returned within a reasonable time.
